Die Wohnung wurde 1998 vollständig renoviert und hat sehr gute Wärmeisolierung (Wände, Dach, doppelte Fenster), deutschen Standards entsprechend. Die meisten Möbel sind deutsch. Anschlüsse für Licht-Wasser-Telefon und Fernsehapparat sind vorhanden. Es gibt alle notwendigen elektrischen Geräte: Herd, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Dampfkessel-Heizung, Mikrowelle und Fernsehapparat.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Fteri – Aegio. Ein sehr schönes ruhiges Dorf im Norden des Peloponnes, umgeben von Tannenwald, in einer Höhe von 1100 m. Weit entfernt vom Smog und den Geräuschen der Stadt, aber gleichzeitig in Meeresnähe und touristischen Attraktionen.

Im Winter ist das Dorf weitgehend unbewohnt. Es gibt ein Waldmuseum und ab dem 2007 ist ein Zentrum für Mountain Biking geplant. Ein kleines Hotel und eine Taverna sind das ganze Jahr über geöffnet. Die Hauptstrasse wird im Winter ständig geräumt da es die einzige Verbindung zu den umliegenden Dörfern ist. Es gibt ungefähr 160 Wohnsitze die aber nur fuer wenige Tage im August vollständig bewohnt sind. Fteri ist nur 20 Kilometer entfernt von Aegio und den schönen Stränden des Korinthischen Golfes (Loggos, Eleonas, Diakopto, Akrata usw.). 50 Kilometer beträgt die Entfernung zum Skicenter von Kalavrita.

In 60 Km Entfernung befindet sich die Hafenstadt Patras, mit ständigen Fährverbindungen nach Italien als Eingangstor zu Europa, viele Gelegenheiten für Kunstinteressierte sowie zum Einkaufen. Weitere Attraktionen: Delphi ca. 100 - Olympia ca. 120 - und Athen ca. 190 Kilometer.

Die Maisonette ist geeignet für Paare, Pensionäre und Personen die über eine Menge Freizeit verfügen oder für Personen die Ihre Arbeit über das Internet abwickeln können.

Ideal für Individualisten die: Musik lieben (ein Klavier ist vorhanden), Schreiben, Lesen und Waldspaziergänge in der klaren Atmosphäre bevorzugen, die lokalen Produkte wie Honig, Käse, Wein und Walnüsse genießen, Ausflüge machen und die Seebäder und das Skicenter in Kalavrita nutzen möchten.

With two bedrooms, bathroom and WC, luxury studio-office, little kitchen and lounge with fireplace. The residence renewed completely in 1998 and has very good heat insulation (walls, roof, double panes) according to German models. Most furniture is German and the residence is permanently connected with light-water-telephone and TV. There are all the necessary electric appliances (cooker, refrigerator, TV, washing-machine, dish-washer, boiler-heater, microwaves.

The residence is located, in the village Fteri Aegio, a very beautiful quiet village of Northern Peloponnesus, crowned with fir forest and in altitude 1100 m, far from smog and the noise of city, but simultaneously near clear sea strands and tourist attractions. At winter the village has minimal permanent residents, but allocates Museum of Forest and centre for mountain bicycle from the next year. A small Hotel and a Tavern function permanently. The central street opened up immediately after snowstorms because it is the only way for other nearby villages. In the village live roughly 160 seasonal residences that, almost all together, occupied only a few days in the August.

The village rests hardly 20 km from the Aegio and most beautiful beaches of Corinthian gulf (Loggos, Eleonas, Diakopto, Akrata etc), and 20 km from the snow ski centre of Kalavrita. In 60 km distance you can find Patras, with her big harbor for travel to Europe and a lot of occasions for spectacles and shopping. Delphi also abstains 100 km, ancient Olympia 120 km and Athens 190 km.

Residence is ideal, for a pair of new pensioners or persons with a lot of free time or persons that work via internet. Generally it would be ideal for individuals with love for music (there is a piano also available), for painting, reading or writing, walk in the forest, enjoy the calm and clean atmosphere, the local products, as honey, wine, cheese, walnuts etc but also the excursions, sea baths and skiing in Kalavrita snow resort.
